My Birthday!!!!!

July 30th was my 24th birthday. It was such day full of love, happiness, and fellowship. I got to go to breakfast tacos with the cooper family and abby, i was able to lay out on my birthday, and there was a surprise party thrown for me and EVERYONE was there. it was so fun. I was super surprised also. i had no idea. I felt super special on my birthday and it is because so many people i love showed up. Thank you so much to the people that made my birthday so special. I love celebrating my birthday in Mexico.

SUMMER

Towards the end of summer people are exhausted. This was on our way back to Imperio De Amor after a long day of being at a park here in Monterrey. We have been riding bikes and enjoying God's creation together. These have been some of my favorite days here this summer. Field trips are so fun!
Sweet girls from Manantial de Amor. My times with these girls are nothing but fun and laughter. Over this summer i feel like i have gotten to know these girls more and have fallen more in love with them.
Emily Geib and I. We had the privilege of serving together 4 summers ago and now here we are serving together AGAIN. She was an intern here in July this summer and it was so much fun. Alot happens in 4 years. But her passion for this place has never changed. it is incredible serving alongside people that see our vision and come along side us to help us live out our mission statement. All the interns were such an incredible help and asset to our staff team this summer. we had around 19 interns and they raised money and paid to work for their summer. They always amaze me in their work ethic and working with them has always been such a joy. especially this summer. So many fun memories and fun times catching up. God has brought each one of the interns here for specific purpose. I am so glad that God ordains peoples summers before they even come to be. I love that HE knows exactly what is in store for each and every one of us.
AMANDA KREWALL: i met this sweet girl when she was in 6th grade. NOW.... she just graduated from High School and is going to OSU in the fall. i am so proud of her and where she is headed. She has a super huge passion for this place and what we do. She was an intern in june. it was so fun having someone here that i have known for such a long time. and it has been so fun knowing her and watching her grow into such an incredible woman of the Lord. This summer sharing this part of my life with her was even more incredible. Praying for her future and the things to come in her life is just one part of our relationship. she is not just a high school girl anymore she is my friend. i love her so much. Amanda, thanks for your heart for this place and all you do for it and all you do for me. you are an incredible girl and when i grow up i want to be just like you.. hehe. love you girl. so proud of who you are.
